1. Booking & Payments

To confirm a reservation at Panorama Surf School, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full upon arrival at the school in Taghazout.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: The 30% deposit can be used as credit for a future booking within 12 months.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: No refund of the deposit is possible.
• No-shows or early departures: No refunds will be issued for unused portions of surf packages or accommodation.

3. Safety & Physical Fitness

Surfing is a physically demanding sport. By booking with us, you certify that you are in good health and possess basic swimming abilities. It is the student's responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or previous injuries before entering the water.

4. Insurance & Liability

Panorama Surf School does not provide personal travel or medical insurance. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers surfing and extreme sports. The school is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during lessons or excursions.

5. Equipment Responsibility

We provide high-quality surfboards and wetsuits. Guests are responsible for the equipment during the lesson. In the event of gross negligence leading to lost or broken gear (e.g., leaving a board on the road or surfing in prohibited rocky areas against advice), the guest may be charged for repair or replacement.

6. Weather & Surf Conditions

Nature is unpredictable. If surf conditions are deemed unsafe by our head coach, we reserve the right to reschedule lessons or offer alternative activities (e.g., Paradise Valley trip, surf-skating, or yoga). No refunds are provided for changes due to weather conditions.
